Leukemia Project
On May 18, 2012 my son Jack was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. As a parent the news was devastating, terrifying and every other horrible adjective you can think of. But after the initial fear wore off, I realized that in order to personally survive the ordeal, I would need some sort of emotional outlet. Documenting his treatment became that outlet for me and it served a dual purpose in that it also created a record of his strength through this whole process.
